Winemaking process: hand- picked, 24 h maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures partially in oak barrels , aging 3 months sur lie in stainless steel tanks, one filtration before bottling.
Aroma and taste: Straw-yellow color. Full-bodied and concetrated wine with a wide spectrum of senses – mainly peaches, tropical fruits, complemented with botritized notes. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: cheese with blue mold, curd strudel, lighter fruit desserts with a refreshing character, but easily as a dessert on its own
Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C
Bottle maturity: 1 – 15 years
Bottle capacity: 0,75 L
Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
