Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia)

Soil: loamy clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process: hand – picked, 12 h maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, 6 months sur lie in steel tanks, filtered once before bottling

Aroma and taste: Elegant wine with lighter yellow color with green vibration. Fruity – floral notes, backgrounded with citruses and linden blossom. Variety-typical acidity, 6 months sur lie – full – bodied yet crispy tasting wine in harmony with the aromatics. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is the result of a natural process; it does not affect the quality of the wine.

Food pairing: freshwater fish, seafood, white meats, soft cheeses, also nice as aperitive.

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 1 – 10 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 l

Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
