Aroma and taste: A wide range of sensations – jasmine and nutmeg flower, orange, gage plum, peaches, mango, honey. Juicy acidity easily handles the higher residual sugar and encourages you to take another sip. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: Lighter sweet foods, fruity – especially – peach desserts, cheesecake, gelatin cakes and pastries, blue cheese
