Winemaking process: hand – picked, whole cluster press, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, spontaneous malolactic fermentation, 25 % in steel tanks, 75 % in bigger oak barrels for 16 months with sur lie method, unfiltered
Aroma and taste: Lighter yellow color. On the nose intensive banana and cream, complemented by vegetal – floral, up to candy notes. Aromatic compounds also present on the taste, supplemented by notes reminding almond pastry. Full-bodied, complex yet elegant wine. Precipitation of tartrate crystals or sediment is the result of a natural process; it does not affect the quality of the wine.
Food pairing: simple kitchen dishes: pâtés, vegetable dishes, cold dishes, thanks to the winemaking process it can be also easily paired with cream soups or dishes with stronger tastes
