Technology: Hand-harvested, medium-length maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at low temperatures, aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees, filtered once before bottling.

Tasting notes:
A full, rounded wine offering a broad aromatic and flavor spectrum from green floral tones to ripe exotic fruit. The taste is harmonious and expressive, interwoven with spicy notes and lively acidity. Any wine crystals are natural and do not reduce quality.

Food pairing: Smoked dishes, prosciutto, roast pork, Asian cuisine, mushroom risotto, Muenster and goat cheese.
Serving temperature: 10–14 °C
Bottle aging potential: 2–8 years
