Soil: Clay-loam, loess, partly sandy
Technology: Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressing, fermented with indigenous yeasts, partial spontaneous malolactic fermentation, aged 18 months (25% in stainless steel, 75% in large oak casks) on lees (sur lie method), bottled unfiltered.

Tasting notes:
Light yellow color. Intense banana and creamy aromas, complemented by herbal-floral and candy-like notes. The taste mirrors the aroma, with hints of brioche and almond pastry. Full-bodied, complex, and elegant. Sediment or wine crystals are natural and do not affect quality.

Food pairing: A versatile companion for simple cuisine – pâtés, vegetable dishes, cold starters; also handles creamy soups and more flavorful meals with ease.
