Aroma and taste: Strong empyreumatic notes – licorice, cocoa, bitter chocolate, roasted coffee – aling with cherries, plums and a hint of green pepper. Precipitation sediment of tartare crystals is the result of natural process, it does not reduce the quality of the wine.
