Grape variety: Gewürztraminer (65%), Golden Muscat (35%)

Date of harvest: 20.9.2022

Alcohol by volume: 12,5 %

Residual sugar: 20,6 g/l

Acidity: 6,61 g/l

Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia), organic farming and biological protection

Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process:hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling

Aroma and taste: A wide range of sensations – jasmine and nutmeg flower, orange, gage plum, peaches, mango, honey. Juicy acidity easily handles the higher residual sugar content and encourages you to take another sip. Wine of a purely feminine type. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.

Food pairing: sweet food, fruity – especially – peach desserts, cheesecake, gelatin cakes and pastries, blue cheese

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 1 – 3 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 L

Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
