Winemaking process: hand – picked, 12 h maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation – also at lower and higher temperatures, 80 % 6 months sur lie in steel tanks, 20 % small oak barrel, filtered once before bottling
Aroma and taste: Elegant wine with lighter yellow color and green reflexes. Aromatics full of floral notes, dominantly apple and linden blossom, with a hint of citruses. Full- bodied and opulent wine, on the taste followed by the same notes as in the aromatics. Medium – long finish being complemented by cedar. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is the result of a natural process; it does not affect the quality of the wine.
