Sugar content of must: 21 °NM

Date of harvest: 20.9.2022

Alcohol by volume: 12,5 %

Acidity: 5,4 g/l

Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia), organic farming and biological protection

Soil: loamy clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling.

Aroma and taste: Opulent and harmonious wine structurally evoking Gewürztraminer. The taste and the aromatics are more into flowers and tropical fruits. Next to them you can find also pepper, rose petal, minerality and a minimal variety-typical bitterness reminding tea leaves. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.

Food pairing: asian kitchen, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, avocado, goat cheese

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 1 – 4 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 L

Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
