Sugar content of must: 21 °NM

Date of harvest: 19.10.2021

Alcohol by volume: 12,5 %

Residual sugar: 5,1 g/l

Acidity: 7,2 g/l

Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia), organic farming and biological protection

Soil: loamy clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process: hand – picked, 6 h maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, 6 months sur lie in steel tanks, filtered once before bottling

Aroma and taste: Elegant wine with lighter greenish – yellow color. On the nose fruity – floral notes, dominantly linden blossom, backgrounded with citruses. Full – bodied yet crispy wine, on the taste the same notes as in the aromatics. Medium – long finish being complemented by linden honey. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is the result of a natural process; it does not affect the quality of the wine.

Food pairing: freshwater fish, seafood, white meats, soft cheeses, also nice as aperitiv

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 1 – 10 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 l

Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
