13.50

Classification: semi-sweet white wine

Wine family: Fresh

Grape variety: Gewürztraminer (60%), Golden Muscat (40%)

Sugar content of must: 21,5 °NM

Alcohol by volume: 12 %

Residual sugar: 24 g/l

Acidity: 6,6 g/l

Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia)

Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling

Aroma and taste: A wide range of sensations – jasmine and nutmeg flower, orange, gage plum, peaches, mango, honey. Juicy acidity easily handles the higher residual sugar and encourages you to take another sip.  Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.

Food pairing: Lighter sweet foods, fruity – especially – peach desserts, cheesecake, gelatin cakes and pastries, blue cheese

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 1 – 3 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 L

Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
