Winemaking process: hand – picked, whole cluster press, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, secondary fermentation in bottles, disgorgement after 13 months
Aroma and taste: Sekt with light yellow color and green reflexes. Aroma and taste are citrus-dominated, complemented by redberry fruits. Thanks to the traditional method, it is further expanded with yeast-notes, but which are not dominant, so the sekt keeps it’s fruitiness and ability for easy-drinking. The effervescence is soft and elegant. Medium-long finish.
