Sugar content of must: 20 °NM
Date of harvest: 28.9.2022
Alcohol by volume: 12 %

Acidity: 7 g/l
Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia), organic farming and biological protection
Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand
Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling
Aroma and taste: Playful, refreshing, full of life. It is a typical representative of cool-climate rosé wines – the incorporated residual sugar balances the higher acids. The result is a playful rosé wine full of red fruits, strawberries and black pepper. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: long range of foods, thanks to it’s acidity and residual sugar, it can show a lot of other faces based on the combination with the food – it supports creamy foods, patés, nicely plays with fishes, white meat and a little bit sweet foods (ex. fruit salads), but not with desserts
Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C
Bottle maturity: 1 – 3 years
Bottle capacity: 0,75 L
Wine suitable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
