Grape variety: Chardonnay (70%) – Pinot noir (30%)

Sugar content of must: 19,5 °NM

Alcohol by volume: 12,5 %

Dosage: 4,5 g/l

Acidity: 5,44 g/l

Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia)

Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Winemaking process: hand – picked, whole cluster press, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, secondary fermentation in bottles, disgorgement after 48 months

Aroma and taste: Sekt with light yellow color and green reflexes. Aroma and taste are citrus-dominated with autolization notes, in the aftertaste complemented by redberry fruits.  The effervescence is soft, elegant and long-lasting.

Food pairing: aperitif, seafood and fish, white meat with neutral flavor, cream soups, avocado, Emmental and goat cheese

Serving temperature: between 6-8 °C

Bottle maturity: 1-10 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 l

Wine sutiable for histamine sensitive people (total content under 0,25mg/l).
