Tasting notes:
A full-bodied, harmonious wine structurally reminiscent of Gewürztraminer. Aromas and flavors lean toward yellow stone fruits and tropical notes. Hints of tea rose, strong passion fruit, and a subtle varietal bitterness reminiscent of grape skin. Any natural wine crystals are harmless and do not affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: Aromatic cheeses, blue cheese, fruit and fruit desserts, Asian cuisine (spicy dishes such as green curry or tikka masala), foie gras, pâté, terrines.
