Aroma and taste: Light yellow wine. The aroma is floral and typical for the grape variety. Full-bodied in aroma, harmonious, floral – banana aroma can be also sensed, with a clear barrel dominance. The wine is produced with indigenous yeasts, aged on fine lees for 8 months. An unfiltered wine, precipitation of tartare crystals or sediment is the result of a natural process; it does not reduce the quality of the wine.
