Aroma and taste: Sekt with light yellow color. Aroma and taste are fruity, citrus-dominated, complemented by tropical fruits. Thanks to the traditional method, it is further expanded with yeast-notes, the effervescence is soft and balanced. Overall, it is more body-based sect with a medium-long finish.
Food pairing: aperitif, seafood and fish, white meat with neutral flavor, cream soups, avocado, Emmental and goat cheese
