Aroma and taste: Light yellow-light green colored wine. The aroma has typical floral notes, especially acacia flowers and wildflowers, with hints of lime. The taste follows the aroma, peach and banana notes can be sensed – thanks to its six-month sur lie. Full, harmonious wine, suitable for storing. Possible precipitation of tartare crystals is the result of a natural process; it does not reduce the quality of the wine.
