Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Aroma and taste: Sparkling, pale yellow colored wine with intense aromas of ripe apricots and freshly cut acacia. The scent is emphasized by the sweet and spicy aroma of white flowers like jasmine and white lilac. The taste is dominated by star anise, cloves and the acids which are typical for this grape variety.

Food pairing: Chinese chicken, potatoes in various preparations, cheesecake, Emmental cheese and gouda

Serving temperature: 10 °C
