Winemaking process:hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling
Aroma and taste: Lighter yellow colour, with green reflexes. On the nose very intensive muscat- and jasmin flowers, orange, sloes. Taste by peaches, mango, lichi. Fruity acids easily compensate the higher residual sugar content. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: sweet food, fruity – especially – peach desserts, cheesecake, gelatin cakes and pastries, blue cheese
