Vineyard: Szentlászló Vineyard (Bátorove Kosihy, Slovakia)

Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Aroma and taste: Light yellow-golden colored wine. Intense aroma, mainly vanilla, citrus and herbs can be sensed. It is full-bodied in taste, follows the aroma, complemented by banana and almonds, spicy acids and slight bitterness. Unfiltered and unclarified wine, aged on fine lees for 10 months. Any precipitation of tartare crystals or sediment that may appear is a natural process, it does not affect the quality of the wine.

Food pairing: ravioli with pumpkin sauce, dates, roasted seeds, exotic spices, cream soups, Asian cuisine, cottage cheese

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C
