Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil, in some parts sand

Aroma and taste:  The pale yellow color of acacia honey appears in the glass. This wine also has a deep, complex and long-lasting aroma of white flowers. Finely roasted almonds, milk caramel, fresh coriander and marjoram spices can be sensed. The taste is dominated by finely roasted pumpkin seeds, leaving pleasant acids in the aftertaste.

Food pairing: ravioli with pumpkin sauce, dates, roasted seeds, exotic spices, cream soups, Asian cuisine, cottage cheese
