Aroma and taste: Dark red colored wine. Blackberry and plum jam with chocolate notes appear in the aroma, which follows in the taste as well. Well-structured with high content of extract and soft tannins, it is the perfect choice for the lovers of great red wines. Long aftertaste with pleasant acerbity. Its soft acids provide the basis for further maturation. Unfiltered, unclarified, without added sulfur. Any precipitation of tartar crystals or sediment that may appear is the result of natural process, it does not reduce the quality of the wine.
Food pairing: tomato-based pasta, beef and game prepared in various modes, the wine can generally be paired with spicy and aromatic dishes (eg. BBQ, mushrooms, mint, cinnamon, coriander), hard and aromatic cheeses
