Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, one filtration before bottling.
Aroma and taste: Lighter, greenish-yellow color. Full-bodied and harmonic wine, aroma mainly after elderflower, opens up to spicy notes and rose petals. By tasting passion fruit, pomelo, pineapple, honey. Longer aftertaste with a minimal variety-typical bitterness reminding tea tree leaves. Residual sugar gives roundness and fullness. Precipitation of tartrate crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
