Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, first filtration before bottling.
Aroma and taste: Harmoinc with a nice body, taste is mainly after elderflowers, grapefruit, passion fruit, lichee. Pleasant acidity with it’s residual sugar makes the wine fresh and playful. Aftertaste with a variety-typical bitterness and fruity persistance. Precipitation of tartaric crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.
Food pairing: asian kitchen, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, avocado, goat cheese.
