Classification: Quality semi-dry white wine with a protected designation of origin

Grape variety: Breslava – local grape variety, (Chrupka pink x Gewürztraminer) x St. Maria d’Alcantara)

Sugar content of must: 21,5 °NM

Date of harvest:  23.9.2020

Alcohol by volume: 12,5 %

Residual sugar: 10,5 g/l

Acidity: 5,4 g/l

Vineyard: Starý vrch (Rúbaň, Slovakia)

Soil: loamy, clay, loess soil

Winemaking process: hand- picked, short maceration, reductive processing, controlled fermentation at lower temperatures, maturation in stainless steels, 3 months on fine lees, first filtration before bottling.

Aroma and tasteHarmoinc with a nice body, taste is mainly after elderflowers, grapefruit, passion fruit, lichee. Pleasant acidity with it’s residual sugar makes the wine fresh and playful. Aftertaste with a variety-typical bitterness and fruity persistance. Precipitation of tartaric crystals is a natural process and doesn’t affect the wine’s quality.

Food pairing: asian kitchen, grilled vegetables, fruit salads, avocado, goat cheese.

Serving temperature: between 8 – 10 °C

Bottle maturity: 2 – 3 years

Bottle capacity: 0,75 L
